• Where relevant to HR consultancy engagements, candidate CVs and employment-related information shared with us for recruitment support.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to and fulfil your procurement or HR request.
• To prepare proposals, coordinate with vendors or candidates, and manage an ongoing engagement.

• To contact you about the status of a request or, where you've separately agreed, about relevant updates.

Our legal basis for processing this data is your consent (given when you submit a form on this site), and, where applicable, the necessity of processing to perform a contract with you.

We share the minimum information necessary with third-party vendors, candidates, or service providers strictly in order to fulfil a specific request (for example, sharing a role's requirements with a candidate, or product specifications with a vendor).
